CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, which is why we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is not made within this time frame, or in the event of a no-call, no-show, a 30% fee will be charged to the form of payment used at the time of booking. Please be mindful that when you book an appointment, you are reserving a time slot that could have been given to another client.
